Today, we got Scooby’s nail (near the pastern) removed because it was hurting him real bad. We stopped clipping his nail when it bled once and was afraid to cut it again. But, the one you see in the snap below is an overgrown nail and it broke off from inside and was hanging with the vein inside. So, took him to the vet this morning and got it removed. He is still drowsy as he was sedated when the nail was being removed.
Rahil was taken to the hospital, but this time it was not due to the pain on his hand, but a sudden excruciating pain due to the Kidney stone. He was treated for Kidney stone last year, but sometimes he gets this intense pain. Anyways, we went and took injection for the same from a near by hospital and he is fine now.
This afternoon we got to know that Rahil was hospitalized due to hand fracture and was later discharged. So, I and Dimpzy went to Koramangala to bring him to our place as he stays alone and won’t be able to move around much. On reaching there, we found that it was not his hand, but the collar bone that was fractured and he was in real bad pain. He is a cricket freek and fell down while playing. We couldn’t leave him alone there. So, we brought him to our home and I think he is feeling better now.

It’s been a lot of traveling to and fro from north to south Kerala last month and then agin to Chennai and back to Kannur. It was my sister’s wedding last month and we were all busy with all the preparations. Now that all the ceremonies are over and my sister and her hubby has gone to US, we are a bit relaxed. The coming weekend we are planning to return back to Bangalore. hmm.. I wonder if it will be possible to go this weekend as we just got to know couple of days back that mom is having problem with her eyes and need an operation. Right now the operation is going on and I’m here sitting outside the operation theatre waiting for her. Hope she recovers soon.
I wonder why most among us dance to the tune of wealth. I don’t see any real love within members of the same family. They show love and respect ONLY if they are getting some financial gain out of it. I see people falling into relationships for the sake of money and those kinda relationships stays as long your family can pamper you with richness and walk you thru the world of extravagance. Money is a necessity, but too much greed for it destroys you and brings everything down. Money creates more problem than it’s worth.. At the same time, it’s sad when you show your real love towards anyone, say towards grandad/granmom, and it gets portrayed as fake by others..
Love and affection is all lost in the modern era.
Well, fish was yummy at Kudla. Yeah! finally we made it last Sunday. Dimpzy almost cried having fish.. That’s when I realized how much she was craving for one. Pricing is reasonable. Planning to visit the place often.
